GOBondColor

GOBondColor

is an option to define a color for bonds between atoms i.e. which colors are used for the different bonds.

Details and Options

  • The color scheme has to be defined explicitly
  • A typical values for GOBondColor in BaTiO3 is
  • {{{"O","O"},{Thick,Red}}}bonds between O atoms are highlighted.

Examples

Basic Examples  (1)

First load the package:

BaTiO3 is used as an example.

Next, the cluster is prepaired and can then be plotted.

Other choices are also possible

The setup for the Kagome lattice contains three basis atoms.

We create and plot the cluster.

This only demonstrates the possibilities we have now with the coloring of bonds.
