1. Choose the Injector Model. |
2. Define the Fuel Pressure. The allowable range is from 29 to 101.5 psi. Fuel Pressure varies among models and years. In most cases, you can find the stock Fuel Pressure in the repair manual. The stock Fuel Pressure on a Yamaha YXZ is 49.8 psi. |
4. If using Gasoline/Ethanol blend, define the Ethanol content of the fuel, from 0-98%. Note that your UTV was calibrated at the factory with Emissions Certification Fuel which contains 10% ethanol, as does most pump gas. |
5. For Custom Fuel, enter the Stoichiometric Air Fuel Ratio and Density. For Methanol or Gasoline/Ethanol blend, these values are not used. |
6. Copy and paste Injector Battery Compensation values from the Data Generator to the Dynojet C3 tuning software and change the Injector Battery Compensation axis values to match that shown in the Data Generator. (8v, 10v, 12v, etc.) |
7. Copy and paste Injector Pulse Width Minimum and Injector Scaling values from the Data Generator to the Dynojet C3 tuning software. |
Access to injector parameters requires Dynojet V3 software with level 3 access. Contact Dynojet for further details. |
