GOBZPath

GOBZPath

is an option to decide, if a Brillouin zone path is plotted in the Voronoi cell.

Details and Options

  • GTVoronoiCell allows to construct Wigner-Seitz cells and Brillouin zones. In Brillouin zones it is often instructive to plot the path along the electronic band structure is calculated
  • GTFermiSurface uses GTVoronoiCell to plot the calculated Fermi surface together with the corresponding Brillouin zone
  • Typical settings for GOBZPath are:
  • TruePlots the Brillouin zone path.
    FalseDoesn't plot the Brillouin zone path

The plot of the path can be switched of.

GTFermiSurface

Read the TB parameter set for Cu.

Read the predefined Hamiltonian for the fcc structure.

The Hamiltonian for Cu is prepared by insertion of the parameter set.
