GODirection

GODirection

is an option to indicate a direction in a three-dimensional plot of clusters.

Details and Options

  • Typical settings for GODirection are:
  • {0,0,0}A direction is not defined
scale*{a,b,c}The corresponding direction is indicated in the plot
  • Please note: The direction has to be scaled in an appropriate way to be in correspondence with the cluster dimensions. This can be done if one specifies the direction with {a,b,c} and uses scale to scale the vector approprialtely.

First load the package:

Plot a cluster

Load the structure from a file and extract the the structure for Barium titanate.

Generate the cluster.

Now the cluster can be plotted:

If we cut out the xy plane of the cluster a 2D plot is sufficient for the plane

Plot a buckyball
