GTJx

GTJx[] gives the x component of the total angular momentum operator for angular momentum

Details and Options

  • GTJx gives a matrix representation of the x component of the total angular momentum operator acting on an irreducible subspace with quantum number J.
  • Jx is related to the raising operator J+ and lowering operator J- by Jx=(J++J-)/2 i (see GTJplus, GTJminus)
  • GTJx is a GTPack command [1,2].
