AngularMomentum

The package contains a collection of modules related to angular momentum operations and representations.

GTJx — gives the x component of the total angular momentum operator

GTJy — gives the y component of the total angular momentum operator

GTJz — gives the z component of the total angular momentum operator

GTJplus — gives the raising operator

GTJminus — gives the lowering operator

GTPauliMatrix — gives the generalized Pauli matrices

GTAngularMomentumRep — gives a (2j+1)-dimensional matrix representation of O(3)

GTAngularMomentumChars — calculates the character system of a (2j+1)-dimensional matrix representation of O(3).

GTJMatrix — gives the representation matrix for an element of an irreducible representation J of O(3).

GTJTransform — applies a symmetry transformation to the basis functions of a symmetry element of an irreducible representation J of O(3).
